Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After this window, orders are processed and prepared for shipping, making cancellation infeasible.

Cancellation Fee: A restocking fee of $20 will be charged for all cancellations, reflecting the costs incurred in processing the order.

Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before confirmation.



Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return:To qualify for a return, the product must be used as intended for a minimum trial period of 30 days and up to 90 days from the date of receipt. Proof of purchase and usage is required for all return requests to be considered.

Return Shipping Responsibility: The customer bears the responsibility and cost of return shipping. We advise using a tracked shipping method for secure and verifiable returns.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason after the proper usage of the product for 90 days, you may return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item and process your refund if the return criteria are met. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-12 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Denial: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or is returned beyond the stipulated return window.



Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. For any defects, damages, or receipt of the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@myrejuvaknee.com or (+1) 302 261-9613 to address and rectify the issue.



Exchanges

If the device is found to be faulty, customers must accept a replacement and use it for at least a 30-day trial period to qualify for a refund. Refusal of a replacement and solely seeking a return due to the device being faulty will result in denial of the refund request.



Christmas Delivery Notice

Important Delivery Information: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders made after December 1st. Additionally, RejuvaKnee™ will not be liable for any orders that do not arrive in time for Christmas. It is advised to place orders well in advance to avoid any potential delays during the busy holiday season.

RejuvaKnee™ reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately and will be communicated on our website.
